Today, Thursday, 4 April 2019, the a/m meeting held by Ola Al-Majd Development Charity aiming at introducing the capabilities of the staff in order to improve the level of service delivery, excellence and creativity in the self-abilities of the institutional work and to improve the level of the culture of community development. The meeting was held under the title “Always to the Honor of Glory” in the presence of workers at different levels of the Charity and the heads of different departments whether in the educational facilities represented in Ola Al Majd schools, Al-Ola Training and Rehabilitation Center, or recreational through the Laki Ladies’ Club by its sections, as well as the Charity’s different programs and departments. In a speech she gave, Mrs Fat’heyyah Al-Ghazali, the Chairman of the Charity, spoke about the fields of raising the level of job performance in the Charity and its sectors, and seeking practical translation of Ola Al-Majd’s high-end vision and goals toward community service in order to build a country and a future. Mrs. Nawf Tajuldeen, the PR Officer, confirmed that this meeting comes within the strategic plan pursued by Ola Al-Majd Development Charity and based on the directions of the Charity’s management to improve the level and coherence of the staff, to deal with the knowledge updates in the delivery of the service, and to improve the quality of the service, thereby reflecting on the pace of delivery. She added: “The meeting comes within a series of steps that will be achieved during the year 2019 in different fields, related to issues of networking between institutions and organizations, and creating cooperation between beneficiaries and employees in a scientific way. In turn, the staff expressed their relief and satisfaction for this meeting, calling for the implementation of similar meetings, as they have a positive impact on their motivation, improve their performance, raising their development and cultural competencies
