The Ola Al-Majd Foundation for Development operates in Yemen as a civilian humanitarian institution licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in partnership with official bodies and civil society organizations in order to achieve its general objectives, in pursuit of promoting social justice and human rights within a clear vision that focuses on women and children in particular and the Yemeni family in general, in terms of education, awareness-raising, and empowerment, as well as relief and sustainable development. The foundation is fully committed to making a difference in local communities, and also keeps pace with institutional development to advance the level of professional competence, through partnerships with international and local organizations, in order to bring about change and create a better reality.

Ola Al-Majd is an active WASH Cluster organization in Sana’a Hub and has good
access to implement activities. They attend the WASH Sub-cluster meetings in Sana’a, are
committed to coordination and working in complementarity and have conducted WASH
activities with resources they have been mobilizing themselves.
Ola Amajd shares monthly 4Ws reporting, including Water supply for IDPs in Amran and a
strong cholera intervention in Amanat AL Asimah. They have the capacity to implement WASH
programs in their area of operation in Sana’a hub.
This is certify that Ola Al Majd Foundation for Development is a partner of Pure Hands organization from 2015 within the funded project provision of humanitarian relief and shelter project to help the IDPS and the poorest families affected by the war in Yemen.
