Entrepreneurship Trainer

Position: Entrepreneurship Trainer
Duty Station: Yemen, Sana’a
Closing date: 20/NOV/2022.
Gender: Female
Duration:  Three days a week 8 hours per a day

Number of trainees: 30 trainees

Number of female coaches: 1

– Giving training sessions in entrepreneurship and small projects for the requirements – supporting the conference curricula.

– Carrying out individual and group supervision sessions for the beneficiaries of the training.

– Raise the capacity of enterprises to implement projects and projects.

–  Provide posts with links and resources on project management.

– Follow up posts in terms of jobs, research projects and achievement.

–  Preparing reports on the trainees’ achievement and the extent to which the level of each of them has risen.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant academic or professional certificate

High skills in organization and effective communication, especially with trainees

Multiple tasks and achieving goals within the time limit

Ability to work efficiently within a team

Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.

Mini Business Management “ToT in Entrepreneurship Skills.

Commitment to work, time and good discipline

Languages: Arabic – English is an advantage

Business plans, technical and financial study, feasibility study, market study Social Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation, project management.

Skills and abilities:

• High commitment to work.
• Experience in using teaching aids.
• Project preparation experience.
• Facilitation and Presentation skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Writing a skill report of English and Arabic;
• Positive work and team spirit;
• Knowledge of the social entrepreneurship and business development;
• Preferably a a female.
