The First Brick in the “Economic Empowerment” Project

With a generous support from “Imprint of Hope for Yemen”, the Microfinance Department at Ola Al-Majd Development Charity executed today Saturday, 15 December 2018, the project of “Purchasing a Motorcycle to Sell Gas” with an estimated cost of US$ 2,100. This intervention is part of the work of the management and is consistent with its strategy for economic empowerment of poor and needy families. In this regard, Mrs Fatimah Al-Kebsi, the Department Mgr., said: “Efforts are under way to empower poor families in general and women in particular, by reducing poverty and unemployment and unleashing the power to make our economy and society stronger.”
