Today, Tuesday, 5 March 2019, the Department of the Orphans Building Program, in cooperation with the volunteering team in Ola Al-Majd Development Charity, presented a training course on child raising offered by the trainer and family expert Mrs. Al-Aghbari A group of the orphans’ mothers participated in the course. The course aims to develop the skills of orphans’ mothers in how to deal with their children by providing social, psychological, and behavioral guidance that will help them to raise their orphans on the right educational bases to ensure that orphans integrate into society and communicate with others with good spirits and balanced psychological health. This meeting contained post-assessment and quick discussion of the topics presented in the course and the extent to which mothers benefit from such courses. Based on the mothers’ demand for continuity of such courses, which deal with mothers’ affairs and allow them to gain experience in all aspects of life by giving them ways to deal with their children in better ways and how to deal with the surrounding society and deal with life’s pressures, problems and coping with them. The Moms expressed how much they their benefited from such a course and their desire to continue such courses for the benefit of their families and communities. The official of the Orphan Building Program Mrs Eman Al-Jaradi stressed the importance of psychosocial support to mothers and orphans through continuity of such courses.
