The first building block of the Economic Empowerment Project

The Microfinance Projects Department at Ola Al-Majd Foundation for Development, with the kind support of “Basmat Amal for Yemen,” implemented today, Saturday, 15_12_2018 (a purchase project of a motorcycle for the sale of domestic gas) with an estimated value of US$2100.

This intervention is considered part of the department’s work and is consistent with its strategy for economic empowerment for poor and needy families.

In this regard, Ms. Fatima Al-Kebsi, Director of the Department, said, “Efforts are underway to empower poor families in general and women in particular by reducing poverty and unemployment for unleashing our economy and society to be more powerful.
