OMD-Y Foundation in Sana’a Governorate, during Ramadan days, had implemented the distribution of 1,400 integrated fast breaking meals within Ramadan Kitchen Project “Let’s break the fast with them!”, which is funded by Pure Hands Org., in coordination with the Supreme Council for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation (SCMCHA).

The project targeted the most vulnerable and needy families and those unable to cook such as the elderly, individuals with chronic diseases, and also categories, such as the Women Prisoners’ House and the Orphanage, are included. Each meal contains one rice plate, one mixed vegetables plate, a quarter of a chicken, one bread bag and one yogurt container.

This project is one of Ramadan projects that the Foundation is keen to implement annually, which is one of the projects of the food security and livelihoods sector which is targeting the most vulnerable and needy families.
