A meeting held by the #Ola Al-Majd Foundation for Development, today Thursday, April 4, 2019, aimed at introducing the capabilities of the staff to improve the level of service provision, excellence, and creativity in the endogenous capacities for the institutional work and upgrade the culture of community development.
The meeting was held by the Public Relations Department of the Foundation under the title “Always to Al-Ula” in the presence of the staff in various facilities of the Foundation from all Staffing levels, and heads of different departments, whether the educational facilities represented in the Ola Al-Majd Schools and the Al-Ola Training and Qualification Center or the recreational facilities through the “Luky Club” for women in its departments, as well as the various programs and departments of the development institution.
Ms. Fathia Al-Ghazali, President of the Foundation, spoke in a speech she gave about the areas of enhancing functionality in the Foundation and its sectors to seek the practical translation of Ola Al Majd’s vision, message, and objectives towards community service, leading to building a homeland and a future.
The Public Relations Officer in the Foundation, Ms. Nouf Taj El-Din, confirmed that this meeting comes within the strategic plan pursued by the Ola Al-Majd Foundation for Development and is based on the directives of the institution’s administration in improving the level and cohesion of the staff, to deal with the knowledge updates in service provision, and to improve its quality levels, to be reflected in the rapid delivery.
She added that the meeting comes as part of a series of steps that will be accomplished during the year 2019 in various fields related to networking between institutions and organizations and creating cooperation between the beneficiaries and the employees scientifically.
The employees, in their turn, expressed their satisfaction with this meeting, calling for the implementation of the same because of its positive impact on motivating them, improving their performance, and raising the level of their developmental and cultural competencies.
